Our attorneys have advised, counseled, and represented clients
in regard to third-party liability claims. An example of a third-party
negligence claim would be an injury caused by defective equipment
that was supplied by another company.
Other examples of third-party liability claims are injuries due
to defective products, failure by a third-party to properly maintain
equipment, and/or injuries caused by vendors and contractors.
