Frank's practice areas include Criminal Law, Insurance Litigation,
and Negligence.

Received his B.A. from Brandeis University in 1983,
where he has since been inducted into the Athletic Hall
of Fame for his athletic achievements. In 2008, he achieved
a similar induction into the Hamden High School Hall of
Fame.

Received his J.D. from The Quinnipiac University School
of Law in 1991.
- Frank was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1991, and
the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 1997.

He joined the firm in 1993, and since then has handled
a number of complex property insurance claims.

Frank has successfully litigated a number of cases that
involved issues of first impression in the area of property
insurance. He has also participated in a number of appellate
matters including successfully arguing Northrop v. Allstate
Ins. Co., 247 Conn. 242 (1998), which was an important
decision by the Connecticut Supreme Court that continues
to be cited on behalf of policyholders.

He also handles personal injury and criminal matters
in all Connecticut Courts.

Currently, Frank is an Associate Professor at Albertus
Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut, where he has
taught First Amendment Law since 2002.

Frank is a member of the New Haven Bar Association,
the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial
Lawyers Association
